DEU Mini, the new moulding injection machines to produce small plastic parts

The new DEU Mini is a new small moulding injection machine for thermoplastics with low energy consumption, low acquisition cost and a simple and ingenious mould system.

The machine is using “Rexroth” variable displacement pump and valves, have a RRR filter, it safety system is according CE mark and uses the new generation of DEU electronic control system.
The Injection unit can be selected with four sizes of screw and barrell. It is moving on Rexroth roller-bearing linear guides with a very high load capacity and extreme rigidity.
The clamping system has a huge space between tie-bars and a big opening stroke.

A second injection unit can be placed at the side of the DEU Mini in perpendicular position.
This 2nd injection unit works independently and also synchronised with the main injection machine.
Using a bi-injection mould the DEU mini machine a its 2nd injection unit can produce two-materials or two-colours plastic parts.


LOW COST MOULDS

A special designed mould composed by a unique mould base and different mould cavities, can produce very easily different plastic parts with a very low cost of construction.
The mould base can be use with different cavities until a maximum size of 180 x 180 mm.
Two different mould bases design are available, one includes four points of hot runner system and the other a standard runner.
Both mould bases can be used as an origin of new moulds to produce new plastic parts.
