The volumetric 13008 TO 13022 DISPENSERS have a dispensing capacity of between 0.2 kg and 1800 kg per hour.

 

They are completely automatic and controlled via a microprocessor. They can calculate the rotation speed and proposed dispensing time, the percentage to be dispensed and the weight of the molding or time production when dealing with extrusion.

MIXERS

The MIXERS have rotary blades and are ideal for improving the mixture of the different dispensed materials and impede stratification.

 

They are generally placed directly in the feeder from the injection intake or the intake of the extruder to which they are assigned.

 

Prepared to support up to 4 dispensing stations.

By associating the volumetric dispensers with the rotary blade mixers, it is possible to make dispensing systems with 2 to 4 stations.

The system's simplicity facilitates the possibility of using dispensing units with different yields, starting with a minimum of 40 kg per hour up to a maximum of 800 kg per hour.

Each dispensing station has a control with a microprocessor.

It is possible to transfer the controls to a single panel with remote control.
