 Automatic feeders are equipment assigned to loading granulated material into hoppers.
All these feeders are manufactured with a cyclone completely made of stainless steel.
Models 11006 to 11016 have a single-phase motor installed in the head with the corresponding controls.
Models 11022 to 11030 differ from each other in the intake unit separated on the floor that includes the three-phase motor and control panel.
All of our feeders are equipped with an automatic filter cleaning system via compressed air accumulation.
Each model can be supplied with two control versions:
-- Programmed fixed cycle electromechanical control.
-- Microprocessor controlled system that allows visualization of times an regulation of the work schedule via a luminous screen. It provides for a cycle pause time and a program for inserting the proportional valve. It also has a no load alarm The system may be connected via remote control.
The remote control enables up to 25 feeders to be managed with the possibility of regulating the loading time, pause time, proportional valve times and power/shutoff.
The proportional valve is a newly conceived system for dispensing and mixing two materials.
